When should I arrive for My first Class? Arrive about 10-15min earlier so you will have time to fill out your Liability wavier and get to a tour of the studio.
What should I wear for the first day of class? We recommend wearing shorts and a tank top. In Pole Classes, you need the skin above your knee to be exposed for climbing practice and various spins.
I have really dry skin should I Lotion/oil up before class? Absolutely Not!, the dryer the better. Lotions and oils can make it more challenging when learning how to pole.
This is more fun than going to the gym!

Learn beautiful trick combinations and flowing transitions all on the spinning pole. Combos are designed for Beginner and Intermediate Levels,
Build lean, strong muscles and improve your flexibility in this Ballet inspired Pole class!
Learn how to move around the pole. Beginner Pole classes introduce fun spins, basic floor moves and work toward climbing and inverting. Instructors teach most Beginner Pole moves on a Static Pole.
Intermediate Pole is designed for students who are able to both invert from the ground and climb to the top of the pole. You will learn a variety of inverted tricks as your strength and fitness level continue to increase. Classes will cover tricks and transitions and you will learn to string them together as combos.
Instructors teach on both Spinning and Static poles.
Advanced Pole is designed for students who are able to aerial invert. Instructors teach on both Static and Spinning poles.
Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) 50 minutes
Starting with breath as the primary focus, this class will take you through a variety of yoga poses linked together in a flowing sequence. You will strengthen your muscles, enhance endurance, improve flexibility and create a deeper connection with your body. Suitable for all levels and a great way to cross train for pole. Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga blocks and straps or resistance bands if you have them.
This class is designed to create space and freedom within your body. Poses will be held longer to allow the body open up and relax in the stretches to give you a greater range of motion, longer muscles and becoming comfortable being in a stretched position. Suitable for all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga blocks and strap or resistance bands.
Pole Play is your opportunity to have free time on the pole. Practice anything you want, at your own pace!
These are not regular scheduled classes. These classes will POP-UP whenever a instructor feels they want to add another class during the week. These classes can be used in your packages as well as your membership's
